Who We Are

ArmorIQ wasn't built in a design studio. It was built by people who carried the gear their life depended on, deployment after deployment. Our founding team are all veterans of combat units and elite operation teams, and we knew that protecting people meant building more than a single product, which is why we hand designed an entire ecosystem of end-to-end tactical gear, for every use case a mission demands. We have personally experienced and seen the impact that faulty gear and inappropriate armour can cause on the human body. Historically, ballistic armour was designed to stop the bullet, but not the blunt trauma that the bullet pushes into and past the protective plate, otherwise known as Backface Deformation (BFD). That gap between "stopped" and "protected" is where ArmorIQ started, and it's the problem we build every product to close.

What We Do

Our patented Zero Trauma technology exists because we've seen what backface deformation does to a body, even when the round never penetrates. Instead of foam backers that absorb and transfer impact energy inward, our proprietary airbag system captures and redirects it, cutting blunt force trauma to near zero across every threat tier we build, from HG2 to 3++. It's not a feature we added to compete on a spec sheet. It's the fix for a problem our team experienced directly, tested now in independent labs across the US, Italy, and Israel, and proven against rounds up to 7.62x51 and 30-06 FMJ.

Currently, the ArmorIQ product lineup includes HG2, 3++, and RF2, delivering coverage across multiple threat levels. Each variant is engineered to meet the highest standards, ensuring reliable performance across a wide range of operational needs. A lighter, thinner 3++ is in development. 

At the core of every ArmorIQ plate is our patented breakthrough energy recycling system. Traditional ballistic plates are designed to stop projectiles, but the residual energy often transfers directly into the body, causing blunt force trauma.
