THE SCIENCE
The HG2 uses a hardened ballistic steel core to absorb impact and redirect energy away from the body. Its forward-redirection system reduces backface deformation and internal trauma, while a hybrid structure delivers multi-hit protection with zero spall.
A sealed outer shell resists heat, moisture, and dust, and unlike ceramic or polyethylene plates, the HG2 won’t crack or degrade. At just 0.5in thick and 3.9lbs, it delivers dependable protection without sacrificing mobility.
