ArmorIQ Raffle - Terms & Conditions

 

1. Sponsor

The ArmorIQ Raffle (“Raffle”) is sponsored by ArmorIQ, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of California, United States (“Sponsor,” “ArmorIQ,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

2. Eligibility

The Raffle is open to individuals worldwide who are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. The Raffle is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring that entry, receipt, possession, and use of the Prize are legal in their country, state, province, or locality.

3. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Raffle, eligible individuals must complete the online entry form available at:

https://armoriq.com/pages/raffle/

Required information:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Telephone Number

Limit one entry per individual. Duplicate entries, automated entries, or entries containing false or misleading information may result in disqualification at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

The Raffle winner will be determined by random drawing on February 24th, 2026 and will be notified as outlined in Section 6 of these terms and conditions.

5. Prize Description

The winner will receive the following items (collectively, the “Prize”):

  • ARM Elite Plate Carrier
  • Front and back ballistic plates
  • ArmorIQ T-Shirt
  • ArmorIQ shooting hat

The Prize is provided free of charge, including shipping, except where required by law. The Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor. The winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Legal Compliance and Shipping Restrictions

Some ArmorIQ products, including body armor and ballistic plates, may be subject to legal restrictions in certain jurisdictions.

By entering, participants acknowledge and agree that:

  • They are legally permitted to receive and possess the Prize in their jurisdiction, and
  • ArmorIQ is not responsible if the Prize cannot be delivered or legally possessed due to local laws or regulations.

If delivery or possession of the Prize is not legally permissible, the Sponsor may disqualify the entry and select an alternate winner.

8. Use of Personal Information & Privacy

8.1 Data Collected

ArmorIQ collects the following personal data for Raffle participation: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Telephone Number

8.2 Purpose of Processing

Personal information is collected and processed for the following purposes: Administering the raffle, contacting participants and the selected winner, and marketing and promotional communications, including newsletters and product updates

ArmorIQ will not sell, rent, or transfer personal data to third parties.

8.3 Legal Basis for Processing

For participants located in the European Union, United Kingdom, California, or other jurisdictions with similar data protection laws, personal data is processed on the basis of: consent, provided by voluntarily submitting the Raffle entry form; and legitimate interests, including marketing and promotional communications related to ArmorIQ products.

8.4 International Data Transfers

By entering the Raffle, participants acknowledge that their personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where data protection laws may differ from those in their jurisdiction.

8.5 Data Retention

Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

8.6 Participant Rights

Depending on the participant’s location, they may have the right to: access their personal data, request correction or deletion of their personal data, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent at any time, or lodge a complaint with a relevant data protection authority

Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the instructions included in such communications or by contacting ArmorIQ directly.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the Prize, the winner agrees that ArmorIQ may use details such as the winner’s name, city, country, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArmorIQ shall not be responsible or liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the Raffle or from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize.

11. Disclaimer

This Raffle is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party platform or service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and the Raffle shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
